• Do not share your account credentials with any other person. bb222 accounts are strictly non-transferable.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless bb222 is notified promptly of unauthorised access.

bb222 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual login patterns, suspicious activity, or potential security compromise is detected — even without prior notice — in order to protect the Player's funds and account integrity.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bb222, including pre-match and in-play (live) betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets available on the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. bb222 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases where a market is voided by bb222.
• bb222 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, if the bet was placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error), or if there is evidence that the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may vary by sport, event type, and Player account tier. bb222 reserves the right to restrict the maximum bet amount on any account at any time.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a real-time risk assessment. bb222 may delay, reject, or suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without explanation.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bb222 will apply the settlement rules applicable to that specific sport as described in the individual sport betting rules available in the help section of the platform.
• Bets placed on markets relating to events where the result is already known at the time of bet placement ("late bets") will be voided regardless of the outcome.
• Systematic betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit temporary pricing anomalies is prohibited. bb222 reserves the right to limit or close accounts engaged in such activity.

Cricket betting on bb222 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI championships, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Ball-by-ball markets are available for major matches. Settlement times for cricket markets depend on the official match result as announced by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bb222. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or purchased identity documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the bb222 platform, including the sportsbook, casino games, or customer support functions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, use of inside information, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on bb222.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, including fraud, theft, unauthorised use of payment methods, or proceeds of any criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for systematic financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected errors must be reported to bb222 and are subject to review and potential voiding.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment reversals with a payment provider in bad faith while retaining the corresponding gaming credit or winnings on bb222.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bb222 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the bb222 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, while providing false information about your location.

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. bb222 will notify the Player by email before applying any dormancy fees or closing an inactive account.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method used, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances that have not met the relevant wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of reason.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bb222 support at [email protected]. Accounts closed at the Player's request may be reopened, subject to bb222's discretion, after a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
